And the absence of an effective and structured professional development program is one of the highest cited, and most preventable, reasons for voluntary turnover. Yet, most individuals and leaders don’t know how to approach the topic of creation and execution of EXECUTABLE Individual Development Plans. We aim to fix that with our 9-step process, delivered through a comprehensive set of solutions, consisting of webinars, workshops, keynotes, coaching, consulting, and management.

Workshops

What is it?

Our workshops are 1-day intensive events, where our team works closely with your workforce across the 9-step EIDP Process (EXECUTABLE Individual Development Plan). Each workshop involves roughly 30/70 split of lecture and practice, where we spend about 30% of the time educating your team on the EIDP process, and the remaining 70% of time of hand-on practice and interactive Q&A. These workshops are very fluid and are customized based on the needs of your organization. We work with small groups of 10-20, and large events up to 300 attendees.

Who is it for?

We offer workshops with 2 distinct objectives based on the audience:

  • For Team Members – Our most popular workshop focuses on guiding your workforce through the EIDP process. Based on the mix of the attendees, we offer individualize tips and tricks for team members of each career track: Subject Matter Experts, Program Managers, and People Leaders.

  • For Leaders – We can also work with your leaders to give the tools to help coach their team through their EIDPs. In many cases leaders want to support their team’s development, but don’t have the tools or know-how to be an effective partner.

Coaching

What is it?

Our coaching inspires intentional, focused and structured professional development. It is tailored for your individual goals, aspirations, and challenges. Coaching is our most individualized service: it’s all about getting you one-on-one access with someone whose “been there, done that”, so that you can overcome obstacles and achieve your career ambitions quicker. For example, most of our coachees are looking for guidance along the 9-step process of EIDP, while others are simply looking for an accountabody partner. There’s no standard session: our coaches are experienced, certified, flexible and highly motivated to help you create and execute your own EXECUTABLE professional development plan.

Who is it for?

We pride ourselves in providing personalized, immediately relevant, and actionable advice in each of our coaching sessions. To do so, we cap individual coaching to 1-3 individuals. For those that prefer team coaching, we offer one-to-many and many-to-many sessions for up to 20 team members. For larger groups, we recommend checking out our webinars or workshops.

What do you get?

  • Getting Started – Our coaches start the process with getting to know your needs and your aspirations. We “begin with the end in mind”. This is a critical first step in understanding how we can best partner with you so that you can reach your full potential and achieve your career objectives.

  • Session – Every session is customized based on your needs and aspirations. If you’re stuck on a particular step, we’ll provide specific tools and feedback so you can navigate obstacles quickly and efficiently. Or if you are looking to accelerate your progress and career growth, our team of coaches will provide guidance to do that.

  • Logistics – Coaching sessions typically span 20 or 50 min per session, can be scheduled as-needed basis or on a regular cadence, and are available virtually or in-person.

Speaking

What is it?

Inspiration without action is just a dream. In our keynotes, we strive to meaningfully impact the entire audience through inspiring action. Our keynotes are highly engaging and thoughtfully combine motivational stories around career growth, research in the field of professional development, and concrete tips and tricks. This blend of inspiration, research, and tools is our recipe for driving action. Our keynotes can be customized for more intimate department meetings of 10-20 people, but also for large corporate events of 300+ attendees.

Our consulting services revolve around solving business-level strategy and execution challenges with the launch of an effective structured professional development program. As a result, our consulting services are intended to serve business or HR leaders. What do you get?

Our consulting service is generally executed over 4 phases (with customization for each organization on as-needed basis):

  1. Building the Business Case – It starts with the business strategy. We’ll help you align your professional development initiative with business objectives, so that making the investment is a no brainier.

  2. Designing the Program – Secondly, we’ll tailor and integrate our proven 9-step EIDP process (EXECUTABLE Individual Development Plan) into your existing L&D / Workforce Management infrastructure.   3. Kick-off and Training – Third, we’ll launch the program with you. This service is designed to be a comprehensive solution for your workforce development initiatives. To best serve your organization, we have structured our management service around 4 key pillars:

  1. Strategy Alignment – It has to make business sense. The first step in this service is aligning your professional development initiative with your business strategy and objectives. This is a big investment, so we want to make sure it’s a no brainier.

  2. Education – We provide all the necessary training at every stage of implementation. During the kick-off phase, we’ll deliver a 1-day intensive workshop/s that gets your workforce started on the 9-step EIDP process (EXECUTABLE Individual Development Plan). Once the program has launched, we’ll monitor and administer refresher training, workshops for new hires, or focused sessions/webinars, as needed.

  3. On-going Coaching – The most critical element for a successful EIDP for an individual is having a coach or mentor that can guide you along the way.
